Basic Camp Rules
- Speed limit is 5 mph throughout the entire campground and is strictly enforced All site roads are one way to the right No driving or parking on sites other than your assigned site, even if the other sites appear vacant
- Only ONE vehicle is allowed to be parked at a site at a time. Additional vehicles must be parked in the designated overflow parking areas as seen on the map. If you need a 5-minute load/unload time for a second vehicle at the site, you must have hazard lights on!
- Check-in time is 3 pm (Contact office if other accommodations are needed)
- Check-out time is 11 am (Contact office if other accommodations are needed)
- All visitors must check in with the office before entering the resort
- All vehicles on the property must have valid registration and insurance filed with the office
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am Sunday through Thursday and 11:30 pm to 8 am Friday and Saturday
- No excessively loud music, engines, or power tools
- No hazardous items allowed
- Pets are welcome; however, they must be on a leash held by an adult when they are taken outside and they are picked up after when they go to the bathroom
- Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. All children 12 and under must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Please bag all trash and place it in the dumpster daily. No trash should be left on the site
- The dumping of furniture, bulk items, and electronics are not allowed in or around the dumpsters
- Clotheslines are not permitted
- No tent camping or setting up of enclosures of any kind (fences, dog crates/pens, etc.)
- Fires are only allowed in the designated fire pits
- Fireworks are prohibited
- Firewood from outside of the property may bring harmful diseases to the camp. The burning of treated wood and outside wood is prohibited
- Fishing, swimming, and kayaking in the pond and creek prohibited
- Please consume alcohol responsibly. The legal drinking age is 21. Illegal drugs and underage drinking are prohibited on the campground
- All guests with school-aged child(ren) must provide a letter from the child(ren)’s school/homeschooling program that shows the school is not supported by the State of New Jersey. Documentation must be provided prior to booking. This is required to book for days of the school week while school is in session.
Cabin Rules
- All cabins must be left in the same condition as they were at check-in
- The removal of furniture from one site to another is prohibited
- Placing the grill under the gazebo is strictly prohibited because it is a fire hazard
- Absolutely NO SMOKING IN THE CABIN. If the cabin is damaged by smoke, you will be held responsible for smoke damage.
RV Site Rules
- All RV sites must be left in the same condition as they were at check-in
- All RVs on the campground must have valid registration and insurance. The Declarations page must be provided and show the Vacation Liability Endorsement.
Pool Rules
- Pool hours are 11 am – 7 pm every day as long as weather permits.
- A pool attendant will be inside the pool gate every minute that the pool is open. The attendant will have a first aid kit and a cell phone.
- You must listen to the pool attendant
- Only PLASTIC, CLEAR water bottles, NO FOOD or DRINKS are allowed inside the pool gate
- There is NO SMOKING of any kind inside the pool area. You must leave the gated area to do so.
- Children 14 years of age and younger must ALWAYS have a RELATED adult or parental guardian with them. You cannot drop a child off.
- Guests must wear proper swimming attire. No street clothing is permitted in the pool.
- Please dress appropriately (G RATED) since swimmers will be of all ages.
- Pools are EXCLUSIVELY for the use of the site OWNERS and REGISTERED guests
- You should shower at your site before entering the pool.
- No pets in the pool area.
- When the pool is closed (for the day or because of inclement weather) you must leave the water at the direction of the pool attendant. We will follow weather reports to determine if the pool will reopen that day. The weather report will determine if the pool is open on any day.
- If any unsanitary event occurs, the pool needs to be vacated for proper treatment and testing before it can reopen. Young children must wear proper pool underwear and/or swimming diapers.
