A. We do not allow tent camping, but we can accommodate RVs. We can also book you a stay in one of our cabins!

A. Yes! Crystal Springs is open and fully functioning year-round !
Q. Do you have seasonal rates?
A. Since Crystal Springs is open year-round, we do not have seasonal sites. We offer daily, weekly and monthly rates for both Cabins and RV Sites!

Q. When is the pool open?
A. The pool opens for the season the Friday before Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day. During pool season, the pool is open 11 am – 7 pm every day as long as weather permits.
Q. Is the pool heated?
A. No, the pool is not heated.
Q. Can we use the firepit by the pond?
A. Yes, the fire pit can be used by guests, but it must be signed out ahead of time. Please contact the office for more information.

A. Check-in is at 3 pm. Check-out is at 11 am.

Q. What do I need to bring to the cabin?
A. The cabins are fully furnished, so you don’t need much! Aside from personal belongings, guests need to bring linens and bedding (pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, etc.).
Q. Do you have a laundromat on the camp?
A. No, we do not have a laundromat on the camp; however, you can find some on our attractions page!
Q. Is there firewood for sale at the camp?
A. Yes! Crystal Springs sells firewood by the stack! Please see our Resort Map to find our stand! Please note that the burning of outside wood is prohibited.
Q. Can you fish, swim, or kayak in the Pond or Creek at Crystal Springs?
A. You cannot fish, swim or kayak in the pond or creek. Our attractions page can show you where to go! Our pool is open for swimming from Memorial Day to Labor Day!
Q, Are pets allowed at Crystal Springs?
A. Pets are allowed on the campground if they are on a leash held by an adult when taken outside. We also require owners to pick up after their pet(s) when they go to the bathroom. There are multiple poo bag stations around the campground! There is no extra fee for having a pet on the campground.
Q. Do the cabins have heat and air conditioning?
A. Yes! The cabins have both heat and air conditioning.
